Skinee Product Authenticity Promise

Shopping for skincare should feel clear and reassuring. Our authenticity promise is built around responsible sourcing, careful checks, and honest answers to your questions.

Our sourcing standard

Our standard is to source genuine products through traceable suppliers who can provide business details and supporting purchase documentation. Supplier verification should include checking those details and reviewing sourcing records before accepting stock. A supplier relationship does not, by itself, mean Skinee is an authorized retailer for a brand.

Packaging and product checks

Our inspection standard covers outer packaging, labels, seals where the brand uses them, and visible signs of damage or tampering. Packaging can vary by market or change over time; appearance alone is not proof of authenticity.

Batch and expiry information

Where available, batch codes and expiry dates should be visible on the product or packaging. You can contact us to ask about the information available for a specific item before ordering. A batch-code lookup alone does not establish authenticity.

Have a concern?

Please contact us with your order number, product name, and clear photos of the item, packaging, seals, and any batch or expiry markings. Keep the product and packaging while your concern is reviewed, and avoid using the item if you suspect a problem.
